Body treatments are like a facial for your whole body: they cleanse, exfoliate, and hydrate your skin. They can also have a detoxifying effect on your entire system.
Spa Villa offers two body treatments: body exfoliation and body wrap.
Body Exfoliation
Give your skin back that healthy glow and reveal the new you. This treatment will wash away your dry skin.
What is a body exfoliation treatment?
The therapist rubs a mixture of sea salt, oil, and aromatics into your skin. This exfoliates the skin and leaves it feeling velvety soft.
Once your whole body is scrubbed, which takes maybe ten or fifteen minutes, it is removed with hot towels, leaving a nice coating of oil. It’s an invigorating treatment, and it’s a good idea to get your scrub before your massage if you’re having both.
Back Facial
This is a must try!
Back facials utilize many of the techniques used in skin treatments for the face, and they are supposed to clarify and soften the skin of the back while providing a deep moisturizing treatment which will leave you with a healthy, glowing back.
People often have trouble maintaining a skin care regimen for their backs since the back is notoriously hard to reach. While a back facial might sound slightly silly, this spa treatment can actually be quite beneficial, especially for people who spend a lot of time in low-backed clothing or swimsuits or have skin issues on the back, such as acne.
Back facials are not recommended for pregnant women, since clients must lie on their stomachs to receive a back facial.
Body Wrap
This detoxifying firming treatment will help reduce appearance of cellulite, excess water weight, and inches from the body.
What is a body wrap?
A body wrap is a “detoxifying” treatment that stimulates your metabolic system, speeding its ability to carry away waste products. A body wrap can also be used to treat cellulite. It has a diuretic effect that aids in weight reduction. A body wrap can take place after a scrub or be administered on its own.
